Return Policy
At CompressionGear.com, we are committed to delivering high quality products to our customers. Several quality checks are employed before the merchandise leaves our warehouse. If you receive a defective item or if you receive the wrong item, we will replace it and pay for your return shipping costs. Please email us at service@compressiongear.com for a return authorization number BEFORE returning any merchandise. Defects or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 21 days of merchandise receipt.
Due to the intimate nature of our items and state health regulations, we regret that it is not possible for accept returns/exchanges. We provide for exchange only if we make a mistake in your order or you recieve merchandise that is defective.
