a object moving in 3 dimensions, sometimes unpredictably, I might add. The key is core strength and core agility. Riding can be tough on all muscle groups, especially lower back which I've struggling with.  Via a web search on weft knit, I came across your site and a purchase of your Sport Waist Cincher Support Boxer, knee length.  I have been riding in them for about 3 week now and what a difference.  My muscle endurance and core strength has increased.  Muscle recovery time has been reduced.  My lower back is far more relaxed and has increased in flexibility.  All in all great product.  Thank you for your products and the thoughtful design that went into them.
